20-Minute Virtual Coaching Session (Camera-Based)
A short, intentional 20-minute coaching session conducted via video call . We’ll use this time to assess where you’re at, reinforce strength-building habits, clarify next steps, and support your recovery process with simple, actionable guidance.
This is not a lecture — it’s a collaborative check-in designed to help you leave with direction, confidence, and a clear plan forward.
All virtual coaching sessions are conducted face-to-face through a secure video platform (Zoom or similar). To make the most of your 25-minute session, please have the following ready:
Required
A device with a working camera and microphone (phone, tablet, or computer)
Reliable internet connection
Quiet, private space where you can speak openly
Camera on for the duration of the session
Strongly Recommended
Water to stay hydrated and focused
Notebook or notes app for takeaways and action steps
Comfortable clothing, in case light movement, posture checks, or breathing work are included
Helpful (If Applicable)
Food logs or screenshots (MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, etc.)
List of current supplements or medications
Questions, updates, or challenges you want to prioritize
Recent labs or reports (optional, not required)
Preparation helps keep the session focused, efficient, and impactful.
24-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance incur no penalty.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the session will be counted as a used session or charged accordingly.
No-Shows
Missing a session without notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Technology-Related Issues
Clients are responsible for testing their internet connection and device ahead of time.
If technical issues on the client’s end prevent the session, the session will still be considered used.
If technical issues occur on the coach’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
