Book a focused 30-minute nutrition coaching session designed to bring clarity, structure, and practical guidance to your eating habits. Sessions are available virtually (video call) or in person, depending on your preference.
This session is personalized to you — whether you’re working on energy, weight management, recovery support, or building sustainable nutrition habits that fit real life.
For clients in recovery or living with a brain injury, we can also explore how nutrition plays a role in:
Supporting brain health and reducing neuroinflammation
Calming the nervous system and lowering anxiety
Stabilizing blood sugar to support mood and focus
Creating meals that support healing without overwhelm or restriction
You won’t be handed a rigid diet. Instead, we focus on education, awareness, and realistic adjustments that support both the body and the brain.
Required
Virtual: Device with camera + stable internet (Zoom or similar)
In-Person: Arrive on time and ready to engage
Willingness to be honest about habits, challenges, and goals

Come as you are. We work with what’s realistic, not what’s perfect.
Scheduling
Late arrivals do not extend the session beyond 30 minutes.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late without communication may result in a no-show.
24-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance incur no penalty.
Changes made within 24 hours of the session are considered a used session or charged accordingly.
No-Shows
Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
Technology Issues (Virtual Sessions)
Clients are responsible for testing devices and internet connections ahead of time.
Client-side tech issues count as a used session.
Coach-side tech issues will result in a free reschedule.
